We offer a complete martial arts program that stems from our base in world renowned Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate, and incorporating the best methods and strategies from Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, (Gracie) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Israeli Combatives, Judo, Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do Concepts and the Filipino Martial Arts.
While Mixed Martial Arts has become a very popular spectator sport and is often looked at only as cage fighting, the more common version that is being practiced by millions of Americans is actually a blend of Martial Arts disciplines that can be learned in a clean, well disciplined, safe, friendly and family oriented atmosphere.
As a family-owned training facility run by two State Certified Professional Educators and Leaders, the school prides itself on quality instruction in a clean, safe and professional environment and is uniquely positioned to be an authority on the most current and effective age-appropriate teaching methods and strategies.
