Who We Are:

We are an online marketing company with 12 years of experience in the industry.  Throughout that time, we have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in our field, which allowed us to help a multitude of companies worldwide to grow and succeed in the online world.  We wanted to give back and use that expertise to help the local, independent businesses in our community prosper in order to stimulate our local economy.  In October, 2011, we saw an opportunity to do just that, and InSouthFlorida.com was born.

Our Mission:

Our mission at InSouthFlorida.com is two-fold:

Local Business Promotion - we support and promote locally owned, independent businesses in South Florida by providing effective, affordable, measurable advertising and marketing programs.

Community Education - we educate consumers on the many benefits of shopping locally in our community, and the importance of supporting local business owners and fostering the “Shop Local” movement in South Florida.

Our Traffic:

We acquired the InSouthFlorida.com domain years ago with the purpose of developing some type of web portal, shopping site or community guide for all of South Florida. We purchased that particular domain because of the incredible SEO value of the keywords in the name itself.  Any product or service searched with the words “In South Florida” would rank very well on the search engines and generate amazing results.  For example, a person may be searching for “local stores in South Florida” or local activities in our community. When you do a search for “local south florida” – we rank on the first page in search engine results for that and many other terms (see the Google results).  Since October 2011, InSouthFlorida’s growth has exceeded our expectations, placing us at the top of the search engine pages and driving traffic and  results to our advertisers.  The advertising investment is minimal in comparison to the potential return our clients have. 

Our Traffic is driven primarily by Search Engines (Organic Search) and Social Media Marketing.  We are steadily growing month after month and generate an average of 3,000+ monthly unique visitors to our site.  More importantly though, is that we have a 36%+ return visitor ratio, meaning our site visitors love our content and support our local initiative in South Florida.

Social media is where today’s networking and conversations are happening, and we are experts at connecting and creating opportunities using Social Media Marketing (SMM).  We use facebook and twitter primarily, and by utilizing these tools and their features, we are able to connect and engage members of the South Florida community.  We are essentially ”introducing” them to our advertisers, creating connections and opportunities at an incredibly affordable rate, not to mention that all of these connections and traffic can be measured. No other local advertising medium in South Florida comes close to the ”viral marketing” potential we offer.
